At Minky Couture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your cozy purchase. If your blanket isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unwashed and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place your unwashed, tag-attached Minky items into the original shipping bag or a similar secure mailer to ensure they stay clean during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
